Its been a few months since Vivo has been silent in the market but the scenario is about to change as the company is planning to launch a new smartphone in the market. Vivo Nepal has launched Vivo Y55 in Nepal at the price of Rs. 33,999 for 8/128GB variant.

Vivo Y55 Overview

With dimensions of 160.80 x 73.79 x 8.42 mm, Vivo Y55 has 187 grams in weight. It comes in a 6.44-inches AMOLED display with the support of 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. It has a normal 60Hz refresh rate, 83.8% screen-to-body ratio, and 401 ppi density.

Under the hood, Vivo Y55 is powered by Snapdragon 680 processor. It's an octa-core chipset based on 7nm technology with a max clock speed up to 2.2GHz. For handling graphics, it has a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. On the memory side, it has 4/6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Yes, it has a slot for memory expansion.

Talking about the camera, Vivo Y55 has triple rear cameras fitted inside the rectangular camera bump. It has a 50MP Primary wide lens with the support of a 2MP Macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a single 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Both of these cameras can record videos in 1080p at 30fps.

Vivo Y55 is fueled by a 5000mAh battery with the support of 44W fast charging and USB Type-C 2.0. It's running on Android 12-based FunTouch OS 12 as the skin and is available in Snow White, and Black Star color variants.
