Samsung's Upcoming Galaxy M21, M31, M41 Key Specifications Surface, Expected to Debut in 2020

The hype of M and A-series of 2019 is still in the air and they are geared up for the new M series for the year 2020. Galaxy M21, M31, and M41 are the news phones that are expected to release in 2020. Fresh details about the specs and launch date have surfaced online.
Some of the sites shared the report on the specs of the imminent Samsung Galaxy A-series and Galaxy M-series handsets. The speculations unveil that these devices will be proceeding with some minor upgrades in features and specifications.
Samsung Galaxy M21 Features and Specifications
The upcoming Galaxy M21 is expected to be powered by an Exynos 7609 SoC and the base model starts with the 4 GB of RAM. Although the details of the higher-spec variants are still unknown, the device is expected to arrive with a dual-camera setup featuring a primary camera of 24-megapixel and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Galaxy M20 will be succeeded by M21 that uses an Exynos 7904 SoC and 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup.
Samsung Galaxy M31 Features and Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy M31 the successor of M30 is speculated to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset. The base variant of M31 is set to ship with 6 GB of RAM which is 2 GB more than that of M30. The phone is anticipated to highlight a triple camera setting on its rear.
The triple camera setup on the handset may consist of a 48-megapixel primary lens, a 12-megapixel wide-angle unit, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. M31 is set to arrive with the two variant of the chipsets – one with 665 chipset and the other with an Exynos 7904 SoC. It is unclear whether Samsung will stick with Sony IMX586 sensor or its proprietary 48-megapixel ISOCELL GM1 sensor on the M31.
Samsung Galaxy M41 Features and Specifications
The third one on the list of smartphone leaks is Galaxy M41. The handset could be fueled by all-new Exynos 9630 chipset and pack a 6 GB of RAM in its base variant. The device may come with a triple camera setup with the – primary lens of 64-megapixel, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It will be replacing the Galaxy M40 is powered by a Snapdragon 675 chipset with 6 GB of RAM.
