Samsung Galaxy A21s Now Officially Announced | A Competitor for Best Low Mid-range Smartphones

After tons of rumors and leaks Samsung now officially unveiled the Galaxy A21s smartphone. Past week, rumors have been leaked regarding Samsung Galaxy A21s. The Galaxy A21s is an affordable lower mid-range smartphone. So let’s find out more about Galaxy A21s.


Overview of Samsung Galaxy A21s

Samsung Galaxy A21s is expected to be announced at the end of the month But today Samsung has officially announced Galaxy A21s. The device has a 6.5-inch PLS TFT panel at the front with a minimal punch hole at the top left corner of the display. The display got HD+(720X1600 pixels) resolution with 268 PPI pixels density. The display quality is mediocre, but we expect Samsung to use AMOLED panel instead of TFT panel on Galaxy A21s.

To power the Galaxy A21s, Samsung has implemented Exynos 850 octa-core chipset. Being an older Exynos chipset, galaxy A21s is not the faster mid-range device available in the market. It can handle normal daily tasks like playing music, videos, making calls, surfing the internet without any issues. But if you are planning to play heavy games on this model, it will not perform as you expected. To date, three variants, one with 3/32GB and another with 4/64GB or 6/64GB storage option are been confirmed.

Regarding the camera setup, there is a Quad rear camera setup at the back of the device. The primary 48MP main sensor is assisted by an 8MP ultrawide lens, 2MP depth, and a 2MP macro lens. Similarly, at the front, there is a single 13MP selfie shooter embedded in a punch hole at the top left corner of the display. The photo and video quality will be good and will let you know more once this device is officially released in Nepal.

Further, Galaxy A21s comes with a 5000 mAh battery which supports 15W fast charging technology. Due to the bigger battery inside Galaxy A21s, it will last days without worrying to recharge. Additionally, it comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. And regarding connectivity, it will have Wi-Fi (802.11 n), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS, NFC, etc.

Today, on May 15, 2020, Samsung has officially announced Galaxy A21s and is expected to be released globally on June 19, 2020. The price of the device has not yet confirmed. Base on the previous trend it seems like Galaxy A21s will cost around 190 euro. so the expected price of Galaxy A21s in Nepal will be around Rs. 24,990 for the base variant.
