Samsung Galaxy A01 Launched in Nepal | Best under Rs.15,000 in Nepal?
Samsung’s Mid-range lineup for 2019 had already launched and now, its time for the next lineup. Samsung recently drops the prices of different A-Series and M-Series devices as Samsung Galaxy A80, Samsung Galaxy A10s, and many others. Devices for 2020 has stated to launch as Samsung Galaxy A71, Samsung Galaxy A51, Samsung Galaxy M11 has launched in Nepal. Recently, Samsung Nepal has launched a new Entry-level device: Samsung Galaxy A01 at the price of Rs.13,499(2/16GB).
Samsung Galaxy A01 Overview
Samsung has already some entry-level devices available in the market like Samsung Galaxy A10, Samsung Galaxy A10s, and Samsung Galaxy M10. Samsung Galaxy A01 has some mixed specs of entry-level and mid-range devices.
Samsung Galaxy A01 comes with a 5.7-inch Hd+ Infinity-V display. It has a V-shaped notch on the top and thick bezels at the bottom of the display. Its a polycarbonate built and has holes for the speaker at the rear side of the device. A total of four color variant is available for this device: Red, Blue, and Black.
Samsung Galaxy A01 is powered by an unnamed Octa-core chipset with 4 cores clocked at 1.95GHz and 4 cores clocked at 1.45GHz. Surprisingly, this Samsung Galaxy A01 is paired with 2 of RAM and internal storage of 16GB. The storage is expandable via a Dedicated MicroSD card.
Taking about the camera capability, Samsung Galaxy A01 is powered by a dual rear camera with a configuration of 13MP Main lens with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP Depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front side, we have a 5MP selfie shooter inside the V-shaped notch.
Samsung Galaxy A01 is equipped with a 3000mAh battery and there is no mention of fast charging support. Also, this device lacks a fingerprint scanner and NFC.
