Redmi Note 9 Officially launched in Nepal | Priced Below Rs. 23K [4/128GB]
Last year, Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro has been released and got popularity among Nepalese customers. This year, Xiaomi has released Redmi Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max along with Redmi Note 9. Redmi Note 9 has officially launched in Nepal at the price of Rs. 22,999 for the 4/128GB variant.
Overview of Redmi Note 9
The major feature of Redmi Note 9 is that it got a 6.53-inches IPD LCD FHD+ panel at front. Similarly, it is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. They released two variants 3/64GB and 4/128GB. Regarding the camera, it got a quad rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor at back and front-facing camera in a punch hole at the front. Not only that it got a bigger 5020mAh battery inside.
Display and Design
The front panel of Redmi Note 9 has a beautiful 6.53-inches IPD LCD FHD+ display with minimal bezel. The display has FHD+(1080X2340 pixels) resolution with a 19:5 aspect ratio. The display looks great and has a good viewing angle and color saturation but is not as good as OLED or AMOLED panel. The display has a punch hole panel with a 13MP selfie camera. Chipset and Performance
To power, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Helio G85 is used. The CPU and GPU can deliver enough power to handle daily tasks like making calls, watching videos and surfing the internet. Regarding gaming casual games can be run smoothly while playing heavy games start to lag the system as it can only deliver limited performance. Two variants of Note 9 with 3/64GB and 4/128GB option is announced. It also supports the external MicroSD card to expand the storage. Additionally, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor in Redmi Note 9.
The rear panel of the device got a Quad rear camera in a unique rectangular camera housing. The primary 48MP main sensor is assisted by an 8MP ultrawide lens. Similarly, there is a 2MP macro lens as well as a 2MP depth sensor. The front of the panel has a 13MP selfie shooter embedded in a punch hole at the top middle portion of the display.

A bigger 5020 mAh battery is used inside Redmi Note 9 which supports 18W fast charging. The battery easily lasts for two-day usage and having fast-charging capability will drastically reduce charging time. Regarding connectivity, it supports dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11 ac), Bluetooth V5.0, FM Radio, GPS, GLONASS, etc. Additionally, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor at back. Not only that it also got a 3.5mm headphone jack which lots of latest devices are lacking.
