Realme Watch Launched in Nepal | Affordable Smartwatch in the Nepali Market

We all know that most of the smartphone manufacturers are in the wearable business. And the Chinese Tech giant Realme had stepped in this field with the launch of Realme Band earlier this year. Now the brand is finally coming with guns blazing in the wearable business with the launch of their very first smartwatch dubbed as Realme Watch. After teasing the gadget for months, they have finally revealed it. Realme Watch is launched in Nepal at the price of just Rs. 7,799.

Realme Watch Overview

Now coming to the design of the smartwatch, it seems very identical to the Oppo Watch that was launched a few months back. It boasts a polycarbonate build with a metallic finish. Realme Smartwatch arrives with a 1.4-inch fullscreen touch display with a resolution of  320*320 pixels along with 323 PPI pixel density, and 380 nits brightness. It also has a Gorilla Glass 3 protection on display. 

Realme offers you 12 built-in exquisite watch faces to change your look for every occasion. But you will only be able to use 6 watch faces at a time due to storage limitations. The brand has stated that they plan to add 100 more watch faces later with an upcoming over-the-air (OTA) update. 

The smartwatch is powered by the brand’s proprietary software instead of Google’s Wear Operating System. The Realme watch can be connected to the smartphone with the use of the Realme Link App enabling calls and message notifications as well as smart notifications from several other third-party applications. It also offers access to the music controls and controls the smartphone’s camera function.

The Realme watch comes with a 24/7 health assistant that includes Blood-oxygen Level Monitor,  Real-time Heart Rate Monitor, and 14 Sports Modes. The 14 sports modes include Walk, Indoor Run, Run, Outdoor Cycle, Aerobic Capacity, Strength Training, Football, Basketball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Indoor Cycle, Elliptical machine, Yoga, and Cricket.


The Realme Watch is IP68 water-resistant meaning that you don't have to take it off while washing your hands or swimming. The smartwatch comes with a 160mAh battery. The brand claims that the device runs for 7 days with heart rate monitor ON and 9 days with the heart rate monitor OFF.

Realme Watch Price And Availability

Realme Watch is priced at INR 3,999 in India and the standard black strap watch will be made available for purchase starting the 5th of June. It will be made available for purchase via Flipkart and Realme’s official site. The smartwatch will be available in four different color variants Black, Red, Blue, and Green.
