Oppo F19 Pro Overview

Last year, we witness OPPO F17 Pro in Nepal at the price of Rs. 43,990 for the 8/128GB variant and this year is for OPPO F19 Pro. Oppo F19 Pro is now the successor of OPPO F17 Pro as there is no OPPO F18 Pro. This new OPPO F19 Pro arrives with a more sleek design, better camera, powerful performance, and many more. Design/Display

If you remember, the company had advertised OPPO F17 Pro for its sleek design with minimum thickness and they continue this with the new iteration OPPO F19 Pro. With just 7.8mm thickness and 178 grams, OPPO F19 Pro is Ultra-thin and Ultra-lightweight which will be super comfortable to hold all day. The rear panel of this smartphone has a minimalist design which the company loved to say “Less is More”. 

Oppo F19 Pro comes in a 6.43"(16.34cm) AMOLED FHD+ display with a normal 60Hz refresh rate. This is surely going to hurt as we are expecting at least a 90Hz refresh rate for OPPO F19 Pro that is costing around Rs. 50K in Nepal. More about this display, it has a Screen Ratio of 90.80%, a Pixel Density of 409PPI, a resolution of 2400 x 1080, a Touch Sampling Rate of  135Hz (Normal), and 180Hz (Game mode). With a color depth of 16 million (8-bit), it has a color gamut of 92% DCI-P3 (typical value), and 100% sRGB (typical value). Performance

Oppo F19 Pro is powered by the same chipset which was used in last year’s model, OPPO F17 Pro. The processor is MediaTek Helio P95. This CPU has speeds up to 2.2GHz with 8 cores. It has IMG 9XM-HP8 970MHz as GPU. For the memory, it has 8GB RAM (LPDDR4X @ 1866MHz )+ 128GB ROM. External Memory is also supported so you can expand the internal storage. 

Though the smartphone has used a bit older chipset, it comes with a “System Performance Optimizer” which will reduce Lag and help for Longer Phone Usage. With the help of this SPO, Touch Responsiveness has increased by +41.4%, and App Launches by +30% faster.

OPPO smartphones are always praised for their camera performance and OPPO F Series is the epitome of that. Following the legacy, OPPO F19 Pro also comes with decent camera specs and features to drag the customers. A Li-Po 4310mAh battery fueled this smartphone with the support of 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0. With a charge of 5 minutes, this device will survive 3.2 hours of Talktime or 1 hour of Instagram. Oppo F19 Pro has a USB Type-C port, USB On-The-Go, and supports USB OTG. It’s running on Android 11 with ColorOS 11 on the top.
