Oppo A92 Releasing Soon | Punch Hole Display, Quad Rear Camera, Bigger Battery and More
Just a couple of weeks ago Oppo has officially released Oppo A52 and now rumors have started to release regarding the Oppo A92 and Oppo A72. So let's know about the features and specs of Oppo A92 here.
Overview of Oppo A92
Oppo A92 got a similar design to that of Oppo A52 and the specifications are a lot similar to Oppo A72. The front of the device got a 6.5-inch IPS LCD Panel with a punch hole at the top. Similarly, at the back, there is a rectangular camera housing with the quad rear camera setup. To power the device they have used Snapdragon 665 Chipset. The great thing about this device is that it got a 5000 mAh battery.

Display and Camera
The front of Oppo A92 has a 6.5-inch FHD+(1080X2400 pixels) IPS LCD panel with a 405 pixel per inch density. The display has a punch hole at the top left corner of the panel to house a 16MP front-facing selfie camera. Similarly, The backside of the phone has a rectangular camera housing with a quad-camera setup. The primary 48MP main sensor is assisted by an 8MP ultrawide lens, 2MP macro lens, and a depth sensor. The specs have yet to be confirmed officially but the leaked information provides major features with better accuracy.
Chipset and Performance
To power the device Snapdragon 665 11nm chipset is used, which is paired with an Adreno 618 GPU. With these processing units, it can handle daily casual tasks like making calls, watching videos, surfing social media, etc. without issues but high-end games and the heavy graphical intensive task will limit the performance. Oppo A92 comes with 8/128GB RAM and Storage option and also supports external microSD card for storage expansion. The device features Android 10 out of the box with a Color OS on top of it.
Battery, Pricing and Release Date
There is a bigger 5000 mAh battery inside Oppo A92 that supports 18W fast charging technology. With the larger battery, this device will last for 2 to 3 days of usage time without worrying to charge. Regarding connectivity, it supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS, Type C connector, etc. Additionally, it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
No official price and release date have been released yet, but it seems like Oppo will release this device sooner. Being an upgraded version of Oppo A9 2020 and following the trend it seems like Oppo A92 will be priced at $279. So the expected price of Oppo A92 in Nepal is Rs. 32,990 for 8/128GB variant. With this pricing, it will compete for market share with Realme X2 Pro, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Mi Note 10 Lite, Vivo S1 Pro, Realme X50m, etc.
