Every smartphone manufacturer is pushing the limits for innovation in the gadgets. Either it is in-camera or in bezels or in speed, we are lucky to face new and new technology on a daily basis. Same as happens here with Nubia. Nubia launched Nubia Z20 in China with a dual-screen setup. Yes, you heard it right. This new device has screens on both the front and rear sides.

Nubia Z20 Overview

As the trend for bezel-less smartphone is going viral, Nubia applied own technique to remove bezels or boring notch. With dual-screen, there is no notch or bezels for selfie camera as Rear camera will work too as the selfie shooter.

Starting with the display, the primary display features 6.42 inches 2340 x 1080 pixels AMOLED Screen and Rear display features 5.1 inches 1520 x 720 pixels AMOLED Screen at the back. So, we don't have a selfie shooter at the front and the same rear camera will works as a selfie camera with the use of the secondary display. That’s interesting.

The more interesting thing about this phone is the availability of side-mounted fingerprint sensors on both sides. Seems like Nubia has taken good care of User Experience while Secondary screen being used most.

This Nubia Z20 might be the first phone to have a dual-screen and available for the public. The secondary screen supports DIY AOD Customizations meaning we can tweak the screen to make personal by customizing at our will. Furthermore, two screens equal two simultaneous apps. Multitasking seems easier on this phone than expected. We can reply to a text on one screen while watching videos on the next screen.

Nubia Z20 has a triple camera setup in a horizontal orientation which is useful for both Rear and front sensors. The camera combination reads 48MP Main Sensor + 16MP wide-angle sensor and 8MP 3X Zoom Telephoto camera. This setup not only takes stunning rear photos but also beautiful selfies.

Talking about the performance, this device is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset clocks up to 2.96GHz. This processor is paired with 6/8GB of RAM and Adreno 640 GPU. The internal storage is available either in 128GB or 512GB.

Nubia Z20 has 4,000mAh of battery supported by USB-C charging. This phone runs on Android Pie with Nubia UI 7.0.
