Nubia Red Magic 3 Overview
Being a gaming smartphone, we’ll be seeking a bigger display to show most of the gaming things. And expected, Red Magic 3 comes with 6.65 inches FHD+HDR AMOLED display with 90hz refresh rate and HDR support. The support of the 90Hz refresh rate is amazing which is the same as the recently launched OnePlus 7 Pro. But more refresh rate seeks more battery powers so the device got the option to change from 90Hz to 60Hz refresh rate.
Performance is the main concerned part of a gaming smartphone and Nubia has taken good care of that. The device sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor with 12GB of RAM. For the storage, the phone packs 256GB of onboard storage.
Nubia Magic 3 comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery and 27W quick charging and seems an hour of gaming with 10 minutes of charging. The device also supports a 48MP rear camera with a Sony IMX586 sensor and a front facing 16MP camera. The rear camera is able to shot a video in 8K.
Talking about some gaming-specific features, the device comes with an in-built cooling fan as Liquid Cooling Tech. The cooling technology is supposed to lower the temperature by 16 degrees Celsius and heat distribution by 500%. There is a gaming port on-board and you can connect gaming accessories through that port like charger, headphone jack, and even Ethernet cable for fast internet connection.
The design of the phone is made considering that the phone is a gaming smartphone. The device is aluminum finish with red and black in color. Beneath the pentagon shape of the rear camera, there is a cooling fan and under that, we can find a fingerprint sensor. Dual speakers are located in the front on the phone.
