Micromax In Note 1 Launched | Expected Soon in Nepal

Micromax has been silent for some time but now, they have made come back. With growing “Use Homegrown Products and ban Chinese products”, Micromax has launched two new smartphones to catch this momentum. The two Micromax devices launched are Micromax In Note 1b and Micromax In Note 1. Micromax In Note 1 is launched at the price of INR.10,999 (Converted |~Rs. 18K Nepali Price) for the 4/64 variant.

Micromax In Note 1 Overview

There was so much hype for a new Micromax smartphone and yes, the company has come up with two new mid-range devices. Micromax In Note 1 is a mid-range device while Micromax In Note 1b can be categorized as an entry-level segment. Let’s dig into Micromax In Note 1 and find out how much it has to offer and how it can survive the competition. 


Micromax In Note 1 comes in a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 21:9 aspect ratio, a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It has up to 450 nits of brightness, a punch-hole cutout for housing the Selfie Camera, and a thin bezel at the bottom. This display supports a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. 

Talking about the physical overview, it has a rectangular camera bump on the rear side with a shiny gradient pattern. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the top-center while “IN” branding is at the bottom.


Micromax In Note 1 is powered by MediaTek Helio G85. It's the same gaming-centric budget gaming chipset from MediaTek which is also found in Redmi Note 9. So, we can expect head-to-head competition between these two as the price range is also similar. Plus, this device arrives in a single RAM variant: 4GB and internal storage of 64/128GB. For graphics, this device has an Arm Mali-G52 GPU. 


For optics, Micromax In Note 1 has quad-rear cameras. The main sensor is 48MP which is supported by 5MP wide-angle lens with a 115-degree FOV, a 2MP Macro lens, and a 2MP Depth Sensor. It comes with an LED flash. On the front, it has a 5MP Selfie camera fitted inside the punch-hole display.

Battery & Others

Micromax In Note 1 is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with the support of 18W fast charging and reverse charging. This device is running on stock Android 10 out-of-the-box. It has a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, and many more features.

Micromax In Note 1 Price in Nepal, Availability

Micromax In Note 1 is launched in India at the price of INR. 10,999 for 4/64GB and INR. 12,499 for higher 4/128GB variant. The expected price of Micromax In Note 1 in Nepal is around Rs. 19K for the base variant. This device has to compete with Redmi Note 9, Realme Narzo 20, Realme 7.
