We have been seeing every smartphones company pushing limits for new innovation and changes in their phones. We still remember Apple killed headphones port and here Meizu Zero has gone above and beyond that. No holes for headphones, No USB Ports (means no charging port too), no Sim Card tray, no Speakers, no Physical Buttons: is this phone practical? Are you going to use this phone when arrived in your country? Let us know in the comment section down below.

Let discuss how the phone operate without all these important parts missing?

The Phone has 5.99-inch QHD OLED screen will go about as a type of a speaker and earpiece substitution. It has a major enough bezel for a 20MP front camera, yet its unique finger impression per user is totally on-screen. A piezoelectric transducer embedded below the display does the job of the speaker. So, the screen is a major part for working of a speaker, earpiece and in-display fingerprint sensor. The front look of the phone seems to be inspired from Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

The gadget, which is controlled by a Snapdragon 845 processor, depends on 18W remote charging because of the absence of a charger port. And it may not have the usual physical buttons, but it does have pressure-sensing ones with haptic feedback on its borders.  The power button to switch the phone off from the working mode and to switch it back on has also been accommodated on these capacitive panels.

Wondering how to transfer files if the device got no USB ports? Bluetooth is the best option according to Meizu. Meizu’s Zero supports Bluetooth 5.0 and wireless USB connectivity that can transfer files as fast as USB port directly.

Some other specifications of the phone are 1080x2160pixels screen resolution. Meizu don’t confirm which version of Android OS they are using but they confirm UI Flyme 7 as a skin of the phone UI. And of course, it got IP 68 certification for water and dust resistance. Meizu’s Zero have enough AI for Camera to deliver magnificent quality pictures. It has 12 MP+20MP back cameras and 20MP of selfie camera.

Last but not the least, Sim Card Tray. And the only option is eSim as like Apple introduces an iPhone last year. It seems not practical at all as most of the country in the world is yet to support eSim functionality.
