Honor X10 Max 5G Overview
Honor X10 Max is a mid-range 5G smartphone from the brand. The smartphone arrives with a large display probably the biggest I have seen on 5G phones. It features some exciting and impressive specs. Now let’s learn about the specs of the Honor X10 Max in detail.
Now coming to the design of the Honor X10 Max, it is exactly identical to the Honor X10 that was launched back in My 2020. The smartphone boasts a large 7.09-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 91% and a peak brightness of 780 nits. It also supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and HDR10. One of the interesting facts is that it arrives with an RGBW panel instead of the traditional RGB. So, the brand claims the device consumes less power as compared to traditional LCD panel phones. And instead of a pop-up camera, it has a waterdrop notch that houses the front camera.
Talking about the optical features of Honor X10 Max, it comes with the dual-camera setup on the rear that consists of 48MP primary camera with 10X digital zoom and 2MP depth sensor. And in the front, it has an 8MP camera for snapping selfies. It also arrives with some impressive camera features such as AI photography master, 3D portrait light effect, Huawei AI anti-shake, 960fps super slow-motion video, Super Night Scenery, Professional Mode, Portrait Mode, etc.
Under the hood, Honor X10 Max is fueled by the new MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset. Yup, they won’t be using a Kirin chipset as we know the U.S. government blocked many chip makers as well as Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) from supplying chips to Huawei. It is coupled with 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM along with internal storage 128GB expandable using Huawei’s proprietary NM card. On the software front, Honor X10 Max runs Magic UI 3.1.1 based on Android 10.
Honor X10 Max is backed up by the massive 5,000mAh battery along with the support for 22.5W fast charging. It is available in three different color variants Probing black, Racing Blue, and Lightspeed Silver.
