GoPro Hero 8 Available in Nepal: Change Your Way of Capturing Moments

The latest and greatest camera module of GoPro is GoPro 8 and with its design and improvement, it seems like lots of bloggers, youtube content creators and travelers will love the upgrade over GoPro 7. The major change GoPro 8 has are streamline design, improved app, higher bit-rate and support for FHD live streaming and support for additional accessories. Even though GoPro 8 has minor upgrades over GoPro 7, it is better to buy GoPro 8 instead of 7 as you can buy GoPro 8 at Rs. 51,500/- from Oliz Store. Overview of GoPro Hero 8

GoPro Hero 8 has landed the market of Nepal and tons of featured had packed over its predecessor. To make a better overall user experience GoPro organization has improved the hardware as well as tweaked its software significantly. HyperSmooth 2.0

Across all resolution GoPro Hyper Smooth 2.0 is available and developers claimed that the video stabilization they provided is the best. Three modes of stabilization: On, High and Boost will crop about 10% of the field of view. The higher the stability more crops will occur to provide smooth framerate using EIS technology. Boost mode can only be used up to 60 fps while Hyper Smooth Mode can be turned on for slow-motion footage up to 240fps.

Time Warp 2.0

Similar to timelapse, Time Warp 2.0 will capture photos at a certain interval of time. With better stabilization now users can play footage within a short period of time which covers the entire moments or events. With a single touch, you can show the part of the video footage at a normal pace.

Photo Mode

With Hero 8 users can add capture present up to 10 image capture mode and color setting for various activity so that with the change in environment users can easily switch between custom preset to preset for a better image. During photography use of Super Photo mode for improved lighting conditions using the HDR algorithm will provide a better shot even if the shot has different lighting situations. 

Similarly using LiveBrust shot mode allow users to capture multiple shots 1.5 seconds before and after shots using a wide lens. Once captured users can choose the best shot among 90 taken pictures or save all footage in 3 seconds 4K video. Additionally, during low light or Night photography, GoPro Hero 8 will automatically decrease the shutter speed to capture a better image with proper adequate light situations even in very low light conditions.

Video Mode

There are four video modes based on which users can capture their moments. SuperView, Wide, Linear and Narrow lens prospectives are all available with Hero 8. About the footage size, we can capture 4K videos up to 60fps. The bit-rate has been bumped from 78Mbps to 100Mbps so that the footage could look like professional shots. Similarly, live-stream feeds can now be shared in 1080p resolution.  Additionally, HyperSmooth 2.0 and TimeWrap 2.0 features are great. Not only that, the footage can be recorded in Full HD at 8X slow-motion(240fps). For improving the audio quality 3 mic are placed to actively reduce wind noise.

Additional Extension

Its the first time that GoPro comes with additional attachments. Customers can attach 3 modules to extend the functionality of the camera. Nowadays smartphones are moving up in their camera departments and lots of improvement can be seen. Using standard smartphone users can capture shots using 48 or even 64MP primary sensors and can record 4K videos at 60fps. But if we compare the quality of photo and video with GoPro, then definitely GoPro wins.
