Black Shark 3 Launched in Nepal | Daraz Dashain Dhamaka

Xiaomi-backed Black Shark gaming phone brand never fails to impress us through their gaming flagship phones. The brand has yet again expanded its gaming smartphone series with the launch of new phones that goes by the name of Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro.  Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro are the world’s first 5G gaming smartphone series. They were launched at an event in China. On the occasion of Daraz Dashain Dhamaka, Daraz has brought Black Shark 3 in Nepal at the price of Rs. 98,490 (12/256GB).

Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro Overview

Nowadays there’s no one who is not hooked on to the gaming world and everyone is fascinated by the gaming phones. Black shark has brought on its new gaming phones today. Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro are the successors to the Black shark 2 series. Black Shark 3 and 3 Pro arrives with some advanced and attractive upgrades and attributes on it. Let’s know more about the devices now. 

Design and Display

Both the Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro are pretty much identical to each other in terms of the design. Both of the gaming smartphones don’t sport any punch holes or notch instead of that they have a noticeable bezel on top and bottom. Furthermore, the design of gaming smartphones includes a metal-glass sandwich design on it.

Now talking about the display of gaming smartphones, the Black Sharp 3 comes with the 6.67-inch Full HD+ 90Hz refresh rate AMOLED display panel along with a 270Hz touch sampling rate which is the highest for any gaming smartphone. On the other hand, Black Sharp 3 Pro features a massive & gigantic 7.1-inch Quad HD+ 90Hz refresh rate AMOLED 2K display with the same touch sampling rate 270Hz. Both of the devices provide a vivid gaming experience to gamers.

Camera

Coming to the optical department of the Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro, both of the gaming smartphones possess the same camera hardware. We have seen that most of the gaming-centric smartphones don’t pack a solid punch in terms of cameras but that is not the case with these two gaming smartphones. Both of the  Black Shark 3 and 3 Pro features an impressive triple rear camera setup comprising a 64-Megapixel primary sensor along with 13-Megapixels 120 degree super-wide-angle sensor and a 5-Megapixels depth sensor.

In the front for snaping the selfie, both of the gaming smartphones are equipped with 20-Megapixel selfie snapper.

Processor and Performance

Now talking about the processor of the gaming smartphones Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro, both of the smartphones arrive powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC under the hood, along with its Snapdragon X55 5G modem, making these new gaming smartphones phones 5G capable as well. RAM and storage of both gaming smartphones are LPDDR5 and UFS 3.0, respectively. Black Shark 3 comes equipped with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM which is followed by 128GB/256GB variants, however, the 12GB RAM only has the 256GB variant and not the base 8GB RAM variant. On the other, hand the Black Shark 3 Pro is only available in 8/12GB RAM that is accompanied by 256GB of onboard storage. 

Talking about the software of both the devices, Black Shark 3 and 3 Pro runs on Android 10 out of the box. For authentication, both of the gaming smartphones feature an optical in-display fingerprint sensor.

Battery and Others

Both of the gaming smartphones Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 pro come with the massive battery backup. Black Shark 3 comes equipped with a battery of 4,720mAh battery whereas Black Shark 3 Pro is backed up by the battery of 5,000mAh battery. Both of the smartphones come with the support of 65W fast charging technology via USB Type-C port and as per the company’s claims that it will take no longer 12 minutes to reach 50% capacity of the battery, and it only takes mere 38minutes of time to charge fully. Isn’t that impressive.

They also come with liquid cooling systems, physical triggers for more immersive and enhanced gameplay and the touch latency is also reduced to 28ms.
