Samsung Galaxy A80 is equipped with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 with the minimum bezel. Due to the Super AMOLED display, It offers a big and bright canvas to explore content, stories, connections, and creativity. It has no notches, no sensors, no distractions in the display section..supports up to 16mm colors. Apart from this, it is protected from Gorilla Glass Protection. Galaxy A80's smooth curves are designed for ease of use and hold a good grip. The physical design made with glass and a metal frame that makes it easy to hold the Phone.with this price, the design and build quality are not so satisfying.

Coming to the camera section main highlight of Samsung Galaxy A80 is a triple camera, as far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy A80 on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Samsung Galaxy A80 is available in official Samsung stores and retail stores all over Nepal. The expected price of the phone was around Rs. 80K earlier in Nepal but they launched the device at a bit cheaper price. Galaxy A80 was priced at Rs. 79,990 earlier but got a price drop of Rs. 15,000  during Dashain and priced Rs.64,990. During Christmas and New Year, Samsung again drops the price and now, Samsung Galaxy A80 is available in Nepal at the price of Rs.49,999 and is a decent option for the flagship category.

Early Verdict

With the price of Rs. 49,999 in Nepal, it is cheaper than the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus. Due to it’s rotating pop-up camera function viewers will show attention and Samsung Galaxy A80 will grab huge mass eyes, but this phone isn't just a one-trick pony. Samsung has combined in plenty of features to make the A80 an appealing and complete device. Ultimately the success of the phone comes down to price, with a large display and motorized camera block. With the popularity of Chinese phones at a cheaper price, this phone may face an uphill task to make a mark in the market.
